Design management is one of major activities of GENPROEKT company. The company has realized a number of large projects in this activity, among them is
Design of an apartment house with fitted and attached institutions of servicing (Saint-Petersburg, Leninsky prospect) .
During all phases of design works the company executes functions of the General Designer and the Customer of Design.
In our work we pay special attention to the following:
- coordination and management of subcontractors activities;
- organization of interactions within the project;
- taking technical solutions;
- compliance with the terms of work performance (work with schedules).
