Development of architectural and threedimensional solution

About project:
Metro station with a Zero balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen, green metro station, oasis-station, forest station.
  Amount of exhaled carbon dioxide and oxygen consumed by passengers of the station is neutralized by produced oxygen and carbon dioxide consumed by plants (trees, shrubs, lawns). Calculation is presented in general technical and economic indicators.
  The balance is calculated proceeding from the maximum volume of passenger traffic. Depending on time the station has summer, autumn, winter or spring colors of the forest. Building materials: monolithic reinforced concrete, steel, finishing materials: white limestone, glass (transparent and matt).
  Station platform and sites (meadows along the edges of platforms have natural lighting), architectural interior solution is aimed at creating a sense of forest clearing. Passengers, who “go down” into the underground and passengers of passing (transit) trains get into the “forest world”.
  Illumination - sensors for outside lighting. So when getting darker illumination switch is on and automatically adjusted. Also the stimulation and maintenance the process of photosynthesis using the special lighting are needed.
  The platform consists of varying transparency glass and possibility of inclusion the Ultraviolet light (for normal plants life). Floor modules size 3 to 4 meters due to mechanics can be assembled in the vertical position and serve as a meter enclosure. Ground level under the grass is different, undulating. This creates an impression of hills. The whole territory covered by lawn, in places of lower the shrubs are growing.
  The space between the rails is filled with lawn, reinforced by turf grid. Sleepers are hidden by the grass.
  Moisture and cleanness problems are solved by using the stationary vacuum cleaners of two types (fostered and absorbing air).
  Condensation and moisture go to clean up and continue to irrigate. Solid organic waste (leaves, etc.) go to the compost and fertilizer to the soil below. All the surface water is collected and re-turns to watering.

Functional design is creation of a public urban structure with the inclusion of underground stations.
  Floor level the station has a mark of the earth, above the zone of heating trade and commercial buildings (shops, galleries, cafes restaurants) are located. Inside there are two undulating green prom (ramp). Also the part of the oxygen is used to replace the lobby and underground stations. It is divided by 6, 40 meter block. In the building the commercial retail areas are located. They are vertically connected with escalators, elevators, stairways.
  In another plastic volume (over the passing of the street to the boulevard Demetrius Spisarevski Prof. Tsvetana Lazarevа) hosted the conference hall, exhibition center, these volumes are connected by Green Gallery (small shops and cafes), all the major flows one way or another linked to the subway station.
  The remaining space is planted; the roofs are landscaped and all exploited.
  The proposed project is our versions of green urban solution of transport infrastructure. As well as our view of possibility of using green standards and green design principles in similar facilities. It is very import that the image of metro doesn’t associate with the meaning “underground” for people in large and major cities, where metro plays the significant role in people’s life, and carry the positive emotions in everyday life.
